Beacuse they are too slow! And are not willing to pay their staff the hourly wage to the sells they make. Sad! To to Applebee's they stay open till 1 am or so.

Service was great. Carter was our server. He made sure we were taken care of. The food was visually appealing. Tasted even better! The staff all worked together, helping with the trays and clean-up. If in Santa Fe again, I'll be dining here again!

We were ignored for 20 min on February 25 at 630 pm. Staff made us feel like they didn't want to wait on us. Manager's attire was unprofessional. We went to Applebee's. Service and attitude was miles above Chili's.

Frist time there our service was so slow when we got the food my daughter chicken crisps were hard French fries were cold the waiter didn't come back to see if we needed anything he never refilled our drinks not a good place to eat the ones in Albuquerque have fast service by the way they were slow at 1.30 on a Sunday March 1st nevertheless he didn't care to come and see if we needed anything

This Chili's location has made a lot of improvement since they first opened. The hostess greeted us and was very nice as she sat us. Although we had no wait, they seemed like they may have been understaffed because the wait staff were very busy. Our waiter, Matthew, was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed during the course of our visit. The food was freshly cooked and very flavorful. It was nicely presented and warm when it came out. We used the kiosk to pay when we left, which made paying very quick and easy. The receipt was e-mailed within 20 minutes. Overall, the visit was very satisfactory.

I love Chili’s and usually have great service but Rachel was terrible. Maybe it was an off day for her but you shouldn’t let it show in your work. Costumer service is the key good business.

Our server was pretty attentive which we expected since they were not busy. The food was good and plentiful. The restaurant appeared clean, but the music was too loud.Your FREE BIRTHDAY DESSERT at this location is a single scoop of vanilla flavored ice cream - no chocolate sauce, whipped cream or sprinkles. I shouldn't have redeemed my offer when I found this out! For over 5 years I have received the molten lava cake, as pictured, (with a candle!) at ALBUQUERQUE AND CALIFORNIA locations! Wow, this location really makes one feel special! NOT! Last time I dine here! Wish I could take back my voucher!

The service was good and attentive. The food was okay! The beans and rice were over seasoned in the margarita chicken plate. The burger was greasy for a simple burger. First time visiting the Santa Fe location. Was not to impressed!

Seriously, the service here is awesome! Our server Lucas was amazing. The food was fantastic. Still feel like the entrance is weird considering it's on the opposite side of the parking lot.

Server was nice . Last time I was at Chili's had ribs they were delicious. This time I could hardly knaw off the meat from the bones corn was cold and rice was awful

You’ll never go wrong with a Chili’s restaurant. Simple comfort food, reasonable prices & good service. Had the shrimp tacos & a ice tea. It was convenient to my hotel & didn’t need to drive. Sure there’s plenty of great Mexican restaurants in Santa Fe, but sometimes you stick with what you know.

During football season I'm always there on Sundays to have excellent food and watch the Dolphins lose. I get the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas everytime.

S..L...O.... W..... service and defrosted meals?! It's not nice to keep hungry people waiting. The server apologized for a "slow kitchen." The meal was surprisingly lukewarm. We even waited for dessert. Stared at dirty tables not being cleared. The restroom was trashed with toilet paper. What's going on at this restaurant? Too much turnover, we're told. One star for the server and burger. One former Chili's employee admitted, "I cooked at a Chili's for almost 8 years. Almost everything comes frozen, even the Chili!! 90% of everything comes frozen."

Great service, the food came at a perfect time, the staff checked up on us and made sure we were all enjoying our food. I had the steak which had about 5 bites of fat but overall it was cooked to perfection. Everyone else in the party enjoyed their food as well. Come by and enjoy the atmosphere at Chili's ! We were a party of 18 people.

It's so confusing on the app it states to stay in your vehicle and they'll come with your order I waited for 37 minutes no one came my order was sitting inside for God knows how long. I am not happy perhaps if my food was fresher.

This was a first time we came here. Was the best experience here. Service and food was excellent. Our waitress always checked on us. Management came to check on us also. I loved the Baby Back Ribs. Thanks for the wonderful service and food. Give this Chili's restaurant 2 thumbs up 😀😀😀

The food was alright, the blueberry pineapple margarita was great. But our cookie in a skillet was so undercooked, I spent an hour in the bathroom becoming horrifically involved with the toilet.But the bathroom was immaculate. Not one speck of dirt. I was so grateful to not have to deal with this experience at my own home. Though there was no way I could have survived the 3 minute drive anyhow.

It is a typical chain. Service has been great some times and poor others. Several instances in recent months of incorrect orders or food not all coming out together. Staff are pretty kind and helpful too.

We had the spicy shrimp tacos and chicken cajun pasta. They where so good ! Also our waitress was the barkeep, she was so friendly and polite. It was honestly the best experience we have had here in Santa Fe.

I went in for a beer and fried snack. The staff was amazing, the beer cold and the food fresh. Go by and treat the staff as well as they treat you! I I really missed going out for a beer I'm getting food that I didn't have to cook served to me. This hit the spot! Don't forget to tip!

Where do I begin? We waited 20 minutes to be seated and there were a lot of empty tables. Then it took for ever to get drinks.. I ordered the 10oz steak, medium. "Which should be a slightly pink center" what I got was rare at best. On top of that, the steak was the toughest piece of meat I had ever had

If I wanted to eat cold food, I would have just went to subway. The waiter was extremely slow at helping us. The southwestern eggrolls were amazing though!
